Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on Packaging and Packaging Waste (PPWR) establishes a harmonized legal framework across the European Union for sustainable packaging. Its objective is to reduce packaging waste, promote the circular economy, and improve the sustainability of packaging throughout its entire life cycle.
